About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the facility's buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility's buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Understanding of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
