Maintenance Technician

About the role

Singh Management Co., LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for safety and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with the implementation of energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Building automation systems knowledge.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
