Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, finishing systems, and facility infrastructure to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment, including PLC- and VFD-controlled systems.
  • Maintain powder coating, e-coat, conveyor, oven, pump, and utility systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and document maintenance activities.
  • Complete scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Cook with production and other departments to improve equipment performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage spare parts as needed.
  • Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of education and/or experience in an industrial or mechanical maintenance role.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and standards.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-12:00am
