Maintenance Technician
About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the facility remains in good working order. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
