About the role

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools
  • Calibrate and align equipment to meet operational standards
  • Conduct basic welding and metal fabrication tasks
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety and reliability

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of fluid power systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Sensor diagnostics experience
  • Welding experience

Pay

$35/hour
