About the role
The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools
- Calibrate and align equipment to meet operational standards
- Conduct basic welding and metal fabrication tasks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety and reliability
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of fluid power systems
Preferred qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Sensor diagnostics experience
- Welding experience
Pay
$35/hour
