Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Technical skills in maintenance, operation of tools, and lifting at least 80 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- PREFERRED: Certifications include forklift and HVAC; appliance repair experience is a plus
Key Duties
- Complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs of interior and exterior systems
- Assist with moving, snow/ice removal, and safety compliance
- Recognize when specialized knowledge is needed and source appropriate resources
