Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
• Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
• Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
• Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
• Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.).

Requirements

• 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm)
• Supports Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA
• Experience with Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines
• Knowledge of molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment
• Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in performing product changeovers
• Skills in dismantling, adjusting, repairing, assembling, and rebuilding equipment
• Experience with maintaining logs and records
• Ability to maintain Standards of Operation and Procedures
• Strong documentation skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with injection, blow, and stretch blow molding equipment
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Experience with product changeovers
• Experience with maintaining and documenting equipment
