Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of the grounds, buildings and apartments
• Inspects, maintains, repairs and replaces building mechanical and electrical systems
• Dry-wall repair, painting, plumbing
• A/C certification is a plus
• Detail oriented
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required (on-call duties on a rotational basis)
• Good time management
• Maintains independence with little supervision
• Works with valid driver's license, own transportation and hand tools

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general building maintenance
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, tenants, contractors, and the general public
• Bilingual is a plus
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
