Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance – Provide maintenance work including: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
- Customer Service – Take pride in your appearance and interactions with residents. Handle work orders efficiently and respectfully.
- Improvement Opportunities – Identify areas for improvement during work visits and share insights with both residents and property owners.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Digital literacy and smartphone proficiency.
Pay
- Base pay: $20 - 25 per hour
- Incentive-based on billable hours (10%)
- Sick pay per Washington State Law
- Paid holidays
- 40 hours PTO per calendar year (accumulates at 1.67 hours per pay period)
