Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance service requests
• Complete apartment turns
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair work throughout the community

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• HVAC certification preferred
• Experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or skilled trades
