About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing property facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures
- Inspect and address electrical issues
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
- Keep records of all work performed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
