Maintenance Technician

Role and Responsibilities

• Aid in resident work orders within apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as necessary.
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks in apartments.
• Perform appliance repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Carry out salt/snow removal duties as required.
• Occasionally serve as on-call in the local area.
• Might be eligible for an on-call bonus.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Own a working cell phone.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodland Manor Apartments. The ideal candidate should have prior residential maintenance experience, a valid PA Driver’s License, and reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
