Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team at Briarcrest Apartments. Located in Hershey, PA, this position offers the opportunity to work for a stable and growing employee-owned company with over 55 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with apartment turnovers.
- Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
- Carry out light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
- Handle appliance repairs.
- Provide customer service.
- Conduct salt/snow removal duties.
- Eligible for an on-call bonus.
- Preferred prior residential maintenance experience.
- Maintain a working cell phone.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Possess a valid PA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
