Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans.
• Continually work towards improving equipment and processes.
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
• Repair and rebuild spare parts.
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures.
• Expand expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and equipment modification projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer & Airveyor is preferred.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 6:45pm-7:15am, along with overtime, as needed.

Pay

$25 - $35, based on experience.

Schedule

Night shift includes a shift differential of $.50.
