Job Summary
Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in FT. Myers, FL. The ideal candidate should have a general knowledge of apartment maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
- Making ready apartments (punching and painting)
- Runnning work order tickets
- On-call maintenance emergencies
- Special assigned property projects
- Providing exceptional customer services to residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle
- EPA Certification is beneficial
