Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
- Make ready apartments (punching and painting)
- Run work order tickets
- On-call maintenance emergencies
- Special assigned property projects
- Snow removal
- Provide exceptional customer services to residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle
