Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Premier Entertainment LLC dba Palm Beach Tan, a leading indoor tanning company with over 600 locations nationwide, seeks a Facilities/Service Technician to service 14 locations in the middle and lower area of Alabama: Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise and Dothan. The ideal candidate must reside in one of these areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sunbeds and Sunless booths (training provided)
• Provide general maintenance to store locations throughout mentioned areas
• Repair general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, etc.
• Perform general carpentry tasks including sheetrock repair & painting
• Work with store operations staff; communicate with store management and vendors

Experience/Requirements

• Good driving record
• Experience with maintenance and construction required
• Multi-unit experience preferred
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays based on business needs
• Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must live within one of the service areas mentioned
