Routine Maintenance
Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify signs of wear or malfunction. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjusting equipment to ensure longevity. Replace or repair parts as necessary to keep equipment in good working condition.
Troubleshooting and Repair
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery or systems. Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to fix or replace faulty components. Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Installation
Installation: and or relocation of production equipment. Assist with the installation of new equipment, systems, or machinery. Set up and calibrate new systems to meet operational requirements. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Safety and Compliance
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure the work environment remains hazard-free.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting (2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
