Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Utilize the skills below to repair or install industrial equipment:
• Mechanical (hydraulic/pneumatic)
• Basic Facilities Maintenance Skills
• Welding (Mig/Tig)
• Machining
• Plumbing
• Basic Electrical Skills
• HVAC Skills are a Plus
• Troubleshoot equipment or machinery failure and problems as they arise.
• Ability to read schematics and solid understanding of PLC's is a plus.
• Absorb and assist with various ongoing projects such as the installation and removal of equipment/machinery.
• Fabricate special parts of entire pieces of equipment.
• Maintain shop machinery and an orderly work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training/education/certification strongly preferred.
• OR Minimum Of 4 Years Industrial Maintenance Experience.
• Computer knowledge in Windows based applications to fulfill work orders and record problems and solutions in logs.
