About the role

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our marinas, restaurants and unique waterfront locations throughout Boston, Provincetown and Portland, based in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks across various construction trades.
  • Absess job requirements and procure necessary materials.
  • Maintain daily communication with the team to assess and prioritize workload.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Travel as required.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Operate boats as needed (training will be provided).

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • General knowledge of construction trades.
  • Ability to assess job requirements and procure materials.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors year-round.
  • Willingness to travel to our various locations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong “hands-on” mechanical acumen and skills working with your hands.
