About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial buildings infrastructure including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems
  • Perform electrical system repairs
  • Inspect and maintain plumbing systems
  • Assist in emergency response situations
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor

Skills

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience with electrical systems
  • Understanding of plumbing systems
  • First aid and CPR certification
