Maintenance Technician
About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all company facilities and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures to maintain optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on company equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Document all work performed and report findings to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure facility needs are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or a similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
