Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations
• Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
• Cook with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
• Support store operations to ensure facilities remain fully functional
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Required: Experience in retail or multi-unit environments
• Preferred: Trade certification or technical training, experience in convenience store or QSR environments, experience managing vendors or small teams
