Position Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll support the maintenance of all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations. You’ll troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment while always working in a safe manner. Our Maintenance Technicians work in a climate-controlled shop and play a major role in machine reliability and process improvements across our plant.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
- Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt
- Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
- Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
- Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment
- Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs
- Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR
- Vocational certificate in Mechatronics OR
- 2 year technical degree completed
Pay
$36.38 per hour, with potential to earn up to $43.47/hr through the Maintenance Progression Plan. Bonus eligibility: Yes.
Schedule
Night shift (7pm–7am) on a rotating weekly schedule with every other weekend off.
