About the role
Nefab is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on optimizing packaging solutions for various industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement packaging strategies that enhance product protection and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new packaging solutions.
- Conduct life cycle assessments and provide recommendations for sustainable packaging options.
- Assess and recommend returnable packaging solutions for hazardous materials.
- Support logistics operations by providing expert advice on packaging and load securing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or logistics.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in packaging.
- Experience with digital tools for packaging optimization and life cycle analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to packaging and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
