Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments.
• Work within expense limits established.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program."
• Clock in/out for payroll time sheets and mileage reimbursement.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Complete grounds work as directed, including picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas.
• Alert the Property Manager of any unusual occurrences or damage.
• Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as determined.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management or similar field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
