As a Maintenance Technician, You Will:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
- Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.
- Perform preventative maintenance and help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community.
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to ensure homes are move-in ready.
- Partner with office and maintenance team members to provide timely communication and quality service.
- Maintain company standards while following all safety policies and compliance requirements.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Paid rotating on-call participation required
Must be available to respond during emergency events
Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and enjoy solving problems. Qualifications Include:
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- At least one year of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent service
