Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with production team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues
• Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment histories
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
