Job Requirements
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Using fabrication and welding skills for equipment repairs
- Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of machinery
- Operating within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Pay & Perks
- Starting wage: $27-$37/hour (based on experience)
- Incentive Bonus Program: Earn up to 6% of your gross wages annually
