Maintenance Technician

What's the Job?

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.

Assist senior mechanics with maintenance and repair tasks while independently handling defined responsibilities.

Inspect and repair property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting to ensure optimal operation.

Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS (Maximo)
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures
