Responsibilities
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Make repairs for people already living there
- Perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents
- Ensure resident satisfaction by the timely completion of work order requests and apartment turns with new residents
- Participate in after-hours rotation for property - ensuring timely response of emergency maintenance requests
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the property
- Ensure maintenance team is following policy as it relates to safety (wearing protective gear, following heat stress guidelines, etc)
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid California Driver's License
- Must have and maintain auto insurance
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to be reached by phone
- Must be willing to support sister properties within a geographic area
- Must be willing to work any shift as required
- Must be willing to work any day as required
- Must be willing to comply with my job description
- Must be able to communicate with all employees
Qualifications
Self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn and have an aptitude for the mechanical.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more
