Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You'll assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. Your dedication significantly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and desire to return. No experience is required—we will provide training.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment for facility maintenance, including equipment repair (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform physical tasks, including moving and lifting 25+ pounds, and working in various temperatures.
