About the Role

Maintenance Technicians ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while assisting managers in maintaining smooth operations to serve customers efficiently. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and their likelihood of returning.

No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing duties, including assistance, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive experience
• General cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments
• Use of tools and equipment for facility maintenance, including:
  • Equipment repair and upkeep (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.)
  • Pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections
• Cross-training opportunities in other departments (e.g., Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, Leadership Roles)
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
