Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance at our office and site locations
- Perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs
- Working knowledge of standard safety procedures
- Must be willing to be on-call
- Can work alone or as a team
- Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders, small excavators, jetters
Plumbing
- Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing systems and a variety of plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets and water heaters
Carpentry
- Performs carpentry related tasks
- Makes repairs to tile and carpet as necessary
- Makes repairs to windows, doors, floors, gates, roofs and ceilings
- Framing new walls and structures
Electrical
- Repair and replacing electrical wires, fuses, switches, motors, generators, lighting systems and other fixtures/equipment
- Installs conduits, wires, pull boxes and switches with the possibility of alterations
- Identifies damaged or worn electrical components and takes corrective action
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Applicant must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. at a time
- Operating hand tools and power tools
