About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the apartment complex facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Inspect and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests related to facility maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
- $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
