Duties
- Responds and attends to resident service requests.
- Communicates with residents to resolve maintenance issues.
- Aids the Service Manager in performing preventive maintenance of the asset.
- Pays particular attention to asset protection.
- Displays solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials to complete maintenance tasks.
- Follows all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Visually inspects the community and reports any maintenance concerns.
Qualifications
- At least one-year related experience required.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
