Responsibilities
- Regularly walk throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
- Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and report to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
- Assist the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC, repairs, and/or maintenance
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements
