Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and repair or replace faulty components
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Document maintenance and repair activities in a computerized maintenance management system
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Strong electrical skills
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
- Able to crawl, kneel, stand, walk, etc. all day on concrete floors
- Must have current/valid driver’s license
- Must have their own reliable transportation to work
- Comfortable with heights (30 feet average)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Able to work on ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.
- Hand and Finger dexterity
- Visual Acuity
- Able to lift and carry materials of various weights and sizes
- Able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, reach overhead, crawl, and climb
- Must be able to work for extended periods of time in a noisy area with limited climate control
Schedule
- First Shift - 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 10 AM on Friday.
- First Shift - 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 11 AM on Friday.
