Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Aid in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Normal Working Hours and Conditions
- Core business hours are generally 6:00 am – 3:30 pm.
- This position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
- Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments.
