About the role

The Hotel Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all hotel facilities and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies by following proper procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
