Maintenance Technician
Job Details
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical and electrical faults, within a timely manner.
- Execute work orders and follow-up on any adjustments or repairs needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of maintenance work for record-keeping and reference.
- Cook up with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting modifications that could improve reliability and performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with CNC machines, Work Orders, Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and Manufacturing.
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- A commitment to adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards preventative maintenance.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
