Maintenance Technician

Maintain, Set Up, and Operate Manufacturing Equipment

• Fabricate parts and equipment as needed.
• Respond to service calls: inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machine issues.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, including retrofits and emergency fixes.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Manage Parts Inventory and Maintain Records

• Manage parts inventory and maintain records using JAC Products’ CMMS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Vocational Certificate, Associate’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PLCs preferred; robotics experience a plus.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive pay up to $40.58/hr. based on experience.
