Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

• Keep our facilities in top shape by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs across our campuses.
• Tackle a variety of systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Conduct daily rounds, complete preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders.
• Ensure safety by clearing walkways, assisting with snow removal, and responding to emergencies.
• Support room setups and help manage stock deliveries.
• Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to stay organized and efficient.
• Lead by example—guide and support other team members when needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred; healthcare or senior living experience is highly valued.
• Solid skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check and work physical.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
On-call rotation includes evenings and holidays.
