Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Harbor at Quantico Creek is a senior (55+) apartment community located in the heart of Rockville. This fast-growing property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance. - Assist with unit turnovers. - Part of the after-hours on-call rotation. - Directly reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Requirements

- Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team. - Previous experience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and painting. - HVAC/CFC Certification is preferred. - Ability to understand and oversee work performed by contractors. - Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times. - Reliable transportation. - Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition. - Able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Commensurate with experience.

Pay

Hourly wage is dependent on experience and certification.

Schedule

Full-time Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
