Maintenance Technician

Position Responsibilities

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided)
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture
• Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Abilities

• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair
• Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration
• Able to work independently
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read and write repair orders
• Able to provide positive customer service experience
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building

Pay and Benefits

The Maintenance Technician is paid a range of $27-$30 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, weekdays and weekends as required.
