The primary responsibilities include performing various maintenance duties to keep the apartment community in good condition. Additionally, they collaborate with management to ensure the community adheres to the company’s high maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience
• HVAC certification and working experience preferred
• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license required
