About the role
This is an onsite position on our St. Petersburg campus.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, such as filter changes and duct cleaning.
- Trussle and repair electrical components, ensuring compliance with all codes.
- Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues, such as clogged drains and faulty water heaters.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks across facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance required.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.
- Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Skilled in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.

The hourly wage for this position ranges between $25.00 - $28.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
Schedule
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work arrangement: On-site, St. Petersburg, FL
