The Role
Fogelman is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician for One Rocky Ridge, a multifamily community in Douglasville. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the building and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Complete all service requests as assigned.
- Perform make-ready units.
- Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
- Supply personal tools.
- Clean work area, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
- Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
- Participate in "on call" rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Communicate positively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
- Operate within company safety policies at all times.
- Occasionally work weekends.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
- Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Proficient in computer use and online applications.
- Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required depending on the property.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
