Duties
- Aid the Maintenance Director in completing service requests.
- Maintain and prepare pools and grounds care.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Handle emergency service requests after hours.
- Work a full Saturday shift with the service team.
- Keep up-to-date inventories of parts, tools, and equipment.
- Manage maintenance logs and records.
- Ensure positive resident relations by responding promptly and professionally.
- Instill a strong emphasis on customer service among co-workers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist the Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
- All required certifications from State and Local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians).
- A current valid driver’s license.
