Duties
- Assist the Maintenance Director with completion of service requests
- Make ready, pool and grounds care
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Handle emergency service requests
- Work a full Saturday scheduled rotation with the other service team members
- Assist with maintaining up to date parts, tools and equipment inventories
- Maintain maintenance logs and records
- Maintain warranty lists
- Respond to requests in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure positive resident relations
- Instill customer service values in co-workers
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Follow Federal, State and Flournoy safety policies and procedures
- Assist the Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- EPA certifications Type I, II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (Certified Service Technicians)
- Pool certification preferred
- Experience with electrical and plumbing
- A current valid driver’s license is required
